Very poor customer service left by myself for over six hours with a big gash in my head

I would never come back to this hospital ever again. Don't let people wait around for more than 6 hours without any care

From the time I arrived at King George's hospital I was seen quite quickly with treatment they explained that I was being transferred to Queens hospital for further treatment as they could not help me as doctors/ Surgeon s where at Queens that could help me

Absolutely appalling homeless man on four seats asleep this at 9am Doctor poor English and avoided answering questions Nurse failed to put on gloves had to ask ! IV drip attached to a wall so no chance of going to the toilets No private area No communication from any nurses or doctors Toilets had no paper towels Chairs were not wiped down Nurses discussing their plans for weekend constantly King George’s used to be ok now will avoid at all costs

Train the nurses to wear gloves should be standard Talk to the patients at least every thirty minutes Arrange for patients to sit in a cubicle all empty Arrange for security to remove man from seats Clean the seats Provide paper towel in the toilets Show some genuine compassion to fellow human beings

Over 6 hours to see a doctor. Nurses mostly disinterested. Enough said.

Appalling experience Nurse putting IV drip on failed to use gloves or wash hands Doctor was extremely rude and dismissive failed to note down key medical information Put on IV drip in the majors waiting area no privacy next to man suffering cardiac arrest despite plenty of empty beds Homeless man sleeping across 5 chairs no whete to sit

Everything Doctor should not ignore what a patient is saying and instesd say no no no Nurses and or health care assistants should operate hygiencally Privacy should be given when on active treatment Security should move out the homeless
